The Catering Unit provide meals and general sustenance during Bush Fires (Metropolitan or Country); Flooding in the shire; storm/tempest damage; Motor Vehicle Accidents; Local Hazard Reduction; Training Courses; Competition Field Days; Australia Day; Anzac Day and other public events.
We always welcome new members.
Members are rostered on once a month, on a Saturday or Sunday, to cook meals for personnel attending any training courses or hazard reductions which may be taking place. They are also on the roster for that week in the event of emergencies.
A Business Meeting is held on the first Saturday of each month.
